Sheila was a monthly supporter of Wateraid since 1957 when she returned to Britain having been living in Ghana for a number of years with her husband Bill who was in the Colonial Service. They often had to visit remote territories and saw first hand the impact of a lack of clean water and sanitation. The collection at Sheila’s funeral on 13th April was dedicated to Wateraid and raised the sum of £200 in her memory for a cause so close to her heart.
